Boost Junior:  Help your child reach their full potential!

A new program just for kids ages 5-11. Our medically supervised exercise program helps children regain confidence and build strength to excel in school, sports, and life! With our Board Certified Respiratory Therapist and Posture Alignment Specialist, you can be assured that your child is going to get the best care possible!

What We Do:
Unlike other kid-friendly exercise programs, we combine powerful exercises and strengthening exercises with relaxing breathing techniques. This will increase your child’s muscle development and coordination which will build their confidence and elevate their mood! By teaching your child breathing techniques, it will allow them to relax from the daily stresses they may face at school and in everyday life.

Our 3 Phase System:

 

Balance: By rebalancing posture with simple corrective exercises, mood will elevate and confidence will increase

Ignite: By performing strengthening and aerobic exercises, this will increase muscle development and burn off stress

Unwind: By using proper breathing techniques, your child will learn how to destress and relax naturally without medication

Boost Teen:

A medically supervised fitness program for teens ages 12-18 that focuses on strengthening both the mind and the body.

By spending 45 minutes one on one with our staff, your teen will build strength, agility, and confidence so they can go the extra mile in no time! With our Board Certified Respiratory Therapist and Posture Alignment Specialist, you can be assured that your teen is going to get the best care possible!
